About PMI

Led by married couple, Dániel Bolgár and Mónika Markovich, Premier Music Institute is an award-winning (Prestige Awards 2020 - British awarding body) independent international boutique music school offering quality music education in Budapest since 2016.

At PMI we are committed to student-centered education, encouraging creativity, critical thinking and effective, yet fun music practicing.
The student can decide which style(s) of music to pursue, whether to enroll in a music exam, or to study additional music theory - the basics of music theory/solfege are taught through the chosen instrument.
If the student is uncertain which course is right for him/her then it is also possible to change instruments at the beginning of the next semester.
Our Team

Our team of selected instrumental music teachers are not only gifted performers, they offer quality teaching with years of experience in international teaching environments.
By employing Western teaching methods they are friendly and efficient at the same time.
Being supportive and empathic, with the help of our tutors at Premier Music Institute you may even prepare for a Grade 8 or higher education, music academy level entrance examination.
All of our teachers have up to date police checks.
PMI is a place where both students and teachers respect one another and thus great outcomes are possible.
